BOMB VS series of Bias power supply works in two-stage high frequency conversion mode,with three output modes of unipolar pulse, DC superposition pulse and low voltage DC. The main power supply voltage, secondary power supply voltage and pulse width can adopt independent adjustment. The output mode is so flexible that it is applicable to film coating of tools, decorative coating, technological development and other various application environments. The DC superposition pulse mode, in particular, is found to be very favorable for film coating of tools, because its DC voltage can maintain effectively a continuous bias status in the same time of workpiece temperature control.
