Its proportional control can meet the consisten- cy of repeated production process.Flow-ln4 is equipped with five 0-5V analog input interfaces for external control， four on-off interfaces for controlling the switching state of mass flow controller and one on-off interface for main power supply.It is suitable for automatic control of gas flow in various production lines， and also takes into account the operation of the machine. |
