FLOW SERIES GAS FLOW CONTROL POWER SUPPLY

This series of products for gas mass flow control matching control，display power supply.It can accurately control，measure and display the mass flow of various gases.Its main features are independent control，proportional control and independent proportional compound control with more than four kinds of gas applications. Its proportional control can meet the consisten- cy of repeated production process.Flow-ln4 is equipped with five 0-5V analog input interfaces for external control， four on-off interfaces for controlling the switching state of mass flow controller and one on-off interface for main power supply.It is suitable for automatic control of gas flow in various production lines， and also takes into account the operation of the machine.
